Welcome to the Henry Munro MS Family Cookbook Project!

We want your recipes! Please share a recipe that works well for your family - not your fancy party dishes - your week-in, week-out family favourites.


Who can submit? Anyone from the Henry Munro family and staff community. Recipes from all types of cuisine and culture are welcome! You may submit your recipe in any language, and we will have it translated for the cookbook.

Formule en francais (French form), Envío de Recetas (Spanish form), تقدیم دستور غذا (Farsi form), وصفت ثبتول (Pashto form), تقديم وصفة (Arabic form). 

You can also submit in any language using one of the above forms and translating the instructions yourself.
